Roots & Shoots Growing Hub at The Beacon

A community gardening project hub meeting at The Beacon to engage in gardening activities and community building.

The gardening project hub, Roots ‘n’ Shoots, meets weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Participants are encouraged to get involved in gardening activities. The group also discusses ideas for growing fruit and vegetables around The Beacon, encourages pollinators, and builds structures such as bug hotels, bird boxes, bird feeders, and a pond.
