WAOS Musical Theatre presents Singin' in the Rain

WAOS Musical Theatre stages the classic musical comedy Singin' in the Rain at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre in Woking.

WAOS Musical Theatre presents Singin' in the Rain, the stage adaptation of the beloved Hollywood musical comedy set during the late-1920s transition from silent films to talkies. The story follows movie star Don Lockwood, whose on-screen partnership with Lina Lamont is threatened by the arrival of sound, leading to backstage chaos, romance and schemes with Cosmo Brown and Kathy Selden. The production features songs including "Singin' in the Rain", "Good Morning", "Make 'Em Laugh" and "Moses Supposes", with choreography, costumes and the show's rain-soaked finale. Performances run Tuesday to Saturday evenings at 19:00 with an additional Saturday matinee at 14:00, each lasting 2 hours 15 minutes including an interval.
