About
A two-hour festive willow weaving workshop where adults craft an elegant Christmas Angel decoration from natural willow withies.
Nature Makers, Crawley and East Grinstead hosts a hands-on festive workshop in Studio 1 at Chequer Mead Theatre, where participants shape, weave and form a willow angel decoration to take home for the holidays. The session is guided step by step and lasts two hours, with no previous experience required and all tools and materials provided. It is aimed at adults, though accompanied children over 14 are welcome; organisers note that willow contains salicylic acid, so anyone allergic to aspirin should wear gloves.
