Once Upon a Stitch: Community Yarn Bomb November Workshop

A free community yarn-crafting workshop series creating pieces for a yarn bomb display in Danum Community Garden.

Once Upon a Stitch is a free community crafting project run with the Mother Hookers to create colourful yarn pieces inspired by nature, wildlife and childhood stories for Danum Community Garden. Workshops run monthly from November 2026 to February 2027, welcoming knitters, crocheters, weavers and pom-pom makers of all abilities, with materials provided and no experience needed. The finished creations will be installed in the garden in March 2027, followed by a spring celebration day.
