CAA Sustainability Conference 2026
About
An afternoon conference on low-carbon adaptation of existing buildings, with talks, a panel Q&A and networking at the Entopia Building.
The fourth annual CAA Sustainability Conference explores retrofit, reuse and resilience in existing buildings, examining how carbon emissions can be reduced while extending the life of the building stock. Speakers from Cambridge Retrofit Hub, MCW Architects, Cambridge City Council and Purcell present case studies covering domestic retrofit, council-led whole-house improvements, sustainable refurbishment and the adaptation of historic and listed buildings. The afternoon includes a tea break, a panel Q&A and drinks and networking afterwards, hosted at the Entopia Building, itself an award-winning deep retrofit.
