About
A full-day learning session at The Engine Shed on climate change impacts and energy-efficient retrofitting of Scotland's traditional buildings.
Historic Environment Scotland hosts a full-day learning session exploring climate change policy and the threats facing Scotland's historic built environment, including increased rainfall, rising temperatures and sea levels. The morning covers policy and practical solutions, with a networking lunch, while the afternoon focuses on retrofitting traditional buildings effectively and economically, comparing materials, technologies and procedures. A virtual ticket via Microsoft Teams is available for those unable to attend in person, and attendance counts towards CPD with a certificate issued.
