Community Yoga with Thea

Thea leads gentle slow-flow and Yin yoga to ease tension through breath-led movement and restorative poses.

The current poster welcomes all levels and asks participants to bring their own mat. Four Wednesday sessions appear in the October timetable. The PDF, poster and listing’s price field agree£9; one sentence in the website description says£12, which remains an explicit source price discrepancy. Thea is billed by first name and @theasyoga, with no guessed catalogue match.
