About
Free boxing sessions for children aged 6–12 develop self-defence, fitness, flexibility and confidence through training with Champs Within.
Beginner, intermediate and advanced participants are welcome. The class aims to build discipline and help children make friends. The centre poster gives an initial start of 7 September 2026; this packet contains only the four dated October sessions. Enrolment information is available from Champs Within.
