LSCH Beginners Capoeira Course — October

An eight-session introduction to capoeira for complete beginners or people new to the school. The course develops basic movements, techniques, coordination and fitness before progression to regular classes.

The course meets on the eight explicitly listed October dates, from 7–8 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No capoeira experience is required. Wear comfortable tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt; shorts are not permitted. Completion enables progression to the regular class programme, where the school uniform is required. The enrolled course is grouped as one curriculum, with every published session retained.
