Beginners/General Contemporary African for Adults – Neighbourhood Class

A welcoming adult Contemporary African class rooted in African Diaspora and contemporary dance practices.

Francis Angol’s neighbourhood class explores African Diaspora and contemporary dance through rhythm, breath, spinal articulation and somatic movement practice. It develops strength, flexibility and body awareness. Eligible Southwark and Lambeth residents can use the neighbourhood concession; teachers or covers for later dates have not been individually announced.
