About
See the giant Blackler’s Father Christmas in the Museum of Liverpool atrium.
This 18-foot Father Christmas was made for Blackler’s department store in 1957 and stood in its Winter Wonderland grotto. Restored and returned to the Museum of Liverpool atrium for Christmas, the figure is a Liverpool childhood icon now enjoyed by new generations. On display 24 November 2026–10 January 2027.
