Advent Candle Wreath Workshop

A festive workshop at Raby Castle making a traditional Advent candle wreath from fresh evergreens, berries and seasonal decorations.

Deborah from Periwinkle Barn leads this seasonal floristry session in the Conservatory at Raby Castle, overlooking the Walled Gardens. Participants create a traditional wreath designed to hold Advent candles, working with fresh evergreen foliage, winter textures, berries, cones, dried fruits and ribbons. The workshop covers building a balanced, long-lasting design with space for candlelight at its centre, and all materials and tools are included. Suitable for all skill levels, with each attendee taking home a finished wreath for the run-up to Christmas.
