A day of talks on North Pennines heritage, including social history, archaeology, metalliferous plants, historic buildings and Roman lead mining.

Includes North Pennines National Landscape staff on social history, Elder Archaeology on archaeological findings, botanist Carole McCourt on metalliferous plants, Heritage Consolidation on buildings work, and Cumbria Amenity Trust Mining History Society on Roman lead mining. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
