A hands-on history club for children aged 5 and over, with two autumn sessions exploring Fenland stories and traditions.
The October session explores Allhallowtide through soul cakes, lantern-making, a Fen ghost story and local saints. In November, children make a Green Man head and investigate boggarts, will-o’-the-wisps and Fen Tigers. Each session starts at 1:30pm at Spalding Baptist Church. £3 per child; a parent or guardian must stay. Louisa Evans is named as the programme organiser.
