MacBryde & Colquhoun on Paper: Printing in Practice with Davy Brown

Davy Brown leads a talk and demonstration on the printmaking techniques of MacBryde and Colquhoun at the Dick Institute.

Artist and lecturer Davy Brown examines the printed works of Robert MacBryde and Robert Colquhoun, exploring how lithography and monoprinting shaped their practices. The session opens with a short history of monoprinting before a live demonstration of carbon-transfer drawing and monotype printing. It is linked to the Dick Institute's exhibition 'Robert MacBryde and Robert Colquhoun: Artists, Lovers, Outsiders', curated by Damian Barr.
