Large Christmas Star Wreath Making

A hands-on Christmas workshop at Dairy Barns making a large natural star-shaped wreath from red cornus and fresh foliage, with festive refreshments.

Participants create a large star-shaped wreath using a base made from red dogwood (cornus) sticks, decorated with seasonal foliage, fruit and cones, or with baubles, fairy lights and ribbons for a sparklier finish. The finished wreath is long-lasting for the whole Christmas season and suitable for an inside or outside door. Complete beginners are welcome, all materials are provided, and attendees should bring flower scissors or pruners if they have them. The workshop includes mulled wine, fizz, coffee, orange juice and festive nibbles, and advance booking is essential.
