AEC Boxing Club, based in Elephant & Castle, runs this women's-only boxing session open to participants from any background. The class focuses on building fitness, confidence and skill in a positive, community-driven environment. Participants are asked to bring their own boxing gloves, suitable footwear, gum shields, hand wraps and water, though a few spare gloves may be available.
