Beginners Hoop Earrings

A beginners silversmithing workshop where participants make their own silver hoop earrings at 15 Chapel Lane in Poole.

This beginner-friendly class teaches traditional silversmithing skills, with participants making their own silver hoop earrings in shapes, sizes and patterns of their choosing. Skills covered include soldering, texturing with hammers, stamping and using formers to create waves and zig zags, with step-by-step guidance throughout. The session runs four and a half hours and attendees leave wearing their finished earrings; materials costs are paid on the day, roughly £15 depending on what is made.
