A small-group retreat day (maximum 12 participants) for anyone navigating bereavement, whether recent or long past. Led by Chris Smith, who has over 20 years of history with Minsteracres and a background in guidance and counselling, the day includes gentle poetry, prayer, meditation, quiet reflection and a 20-minute contemplative walk through the Northumberland gardens. There is no expectation to share, the day is open to all faiths and none, and a vegetarian lunch and refreshments are included.
