It's Nice Up North - 20th Anniversary Screening

A 20th-anniversary screening of Graham Fellows' comedy documentary It's Nice Up North, followed by a Q&A with Fellows.

RBM presents a 20th-anniversary screening tour of It's Nice Up North, Graham Fellows' comedy documentary starring his alter ego John Shuttleworth, who travels the Shetland Islands testing whether people get nicer the further north you go. The film was shot by photographer Martin Parr and features Shetland folk ensemble Fiddlers' Bid, with tour guide Elma Johnson co-starring as herself. The screening is also a tribute to the late Parr, and Graham Fellows, a long-time Louth resident, will attend for a post-screening Q&A. The event runs two hours including an interval and the film is certified U.
