About
An outdoor forest school sensory session for under-5s and their grown-ups, inspired by the picture book Leaf Man, with nature art, den building and campfire cooking.
This Forest Friends session takes autumn as its theme, inspired by the picture book Leaf Man. Children under five and their grown-ups will create nature artwork from fallen leaves, build dens and shelters, and cook vegetable fritters over the campfire. Led by forest school leader Elise Wilson with support from resident artist Mae Voogd, the all-weather outdoor session runs in the PK Gardens from 10:30 to around midday. Families should dress for muddy play.
