A free, friendly Monday walk from the Carew Castle entrance offers a short local way to become and stay more active.

The Carew Castle Wellbeing Walk meets at the Castle entrance every Monday at 14:30. It takes approximately 45 minutes, and participants may join for as long as they like; the walk leader should be told before leaving. The published session window is 14:30–15:30.
