Blackfriars Boxing

Learn boxing technique with Richard Williams through pad work, bag drills, combinations and conditioning in a small group at Christchurch Community Hall.

This small-group 45-minute class combines boxing technique, pad work, bag drills, combinations and conditioning. The organiser’s current page welcomes all levels and says participants should bring their own gloves; first-time participants who need to borrow a pair should mention this when booking. The timetable identifies Christchurch Community Hall on Blackfriars Road, opposite Colombo Centre, at the back of the church, London SE1 8NY.
