New Year’s Concert with Riccall Village Band

Riccall Village Band plays an afternoon of movie, musical and pop favourites in Selby Abbey.

Riccall Village Band, a 28-player group formed in 2017 by former Selby High School and Selby Abbey Wind Band players, returns to the Abbey for an afternoon concert. The programme features classic favourites from movies, musicals and pop, including hits from The Lion King and Buddy Holly. The one-hour concert is free with donations welcomed, and visitors can enjoy the Abbey's coffee shop beforehand.
