Tuesday Constellations — Family & Systemic Constellations near Lewes

A monthly drop-in evening at Laughton Lodge near Lewes exploring Family & Systemic Constellations in a small, supportive group.

This monthly group meets on the second Tuesday of the month for an evening of Family & Systemic Constellations work. One participant brings an issue to explore while others take part as representatives or observers, with the constellation unfolding to reveal new perspectives on relationships, decisions and recurring patterns. No previous experience is needed, and people can attend as a one-off or regularly. The session lasts around three hours and is open to newcomers and regulars alike.
