Family Constellations South Wales

A day-long Family Constellations workshop led by Laura Singer in Skenfrith Village Hall, exploring how intergenerational trauma, grief and inherited family patterns affect present-day life. Participants hear an introduction to constellations, practise 'representing' and take part in several constellations within a supportive, confidential group, with time for personal sharing and rest. Beginners and those familiar with the approach are both welcome, and no personal issue needs to be brought along.
