Part of the London Korean Film Festival 2026, this screening presents Kim Tae-kyeong's 79-minute feature Home A Loan (고인아파트), a 2026 drama, mystery and thriller. Eun-jin buys a third-floor apartment in a semi-derelict Seoul building expecting redevelopment, but begins seeing and hearing things, with the film keeping ambiguous whether her paranoia stems from solo-parenting stress, the property ladder, past trauma or a genuinely haunted building. The cast includes Yoo Seon, Lee Seo-yeon and Lee Cheon-mu.
