Tango2London 2026: Workshops and Milongas

A three-day tango festival with ten workshops and five social dances, led by visiting teachers and tango DJs at Atrium Hotel Heathrow.

The workshop programme covers connection, off-axis movement, follower technique, giros, sacadas, musicality, and lapices and enrosques. Diego Ortega and Aldana Silveyra teach together; Facundo Piñero and Vanesa Villalba lead partner workshops, with Vanesa also teaching follower technique and Bruna Estellita teaching sacadas and expressive turns. All workshops are advertised for all levels. Friday’s main milonga is DJed by Alejandro Marce Herlan; Saturday’s afternoon and main dances feature Cem Çınar and Tara Thurau; Sunday’s afternoon and main dances feature Caterina Giannini and Cristi Crang. Afternoon dances run 13:00–16:30 and the three main milongas run 20:00–01:00 the following day. Workshops use the main hall on Friday and Room 1 on Saturday and Sunday. Passes cover different combinations of workshops and social dances; accommodation and competition registration are separate. The timetable may receive minor updates.
