Halloween Family Wellness

A Halloween-themed parent and child wellness afternoon during October half term, lasting about an hour. The session includes movement, mindfulness, positive belief and affirmations, a short sound bath, meditation and Halloween crafting. Fancy dress is encouraged, attendees should bring yoga mats and blankets, and it is suitable for children aged approximately 5-10 years.
