The Ballet Technical: November Edition

An adult ballet technique workshop led by Damien Lee Stirk, combining barre work with centre practice and enchaînements at the Royal Ballet & Opera.

The 150-minute session starts with a one-hour barre, followed by a ten-minute break and 80 minutes of centre practice and enchaînements. It develops classical placement, alignment, coordination, musicality and movement quality, with live piano accompaniment. The public booking is for adults aged 18 and over at general level, suitable for dancers with at least two years of recent ballet training. The instructor is named in the source; the pianist and specific studio room are not.
