Adult Intermediate / Advanced Ballet Technique — Thursday at WAC Arts

An intermediate and advanced adult ballet technique class with barre, centre work and a monthly technical focus.

Each class combines barre and centre work with challenging focal steps, longer combinations and practice for cleaner weight transfers, balance, coordination, stamina and alignment. The current page says the teacher adapts exercises through corrections and that monthly technique steps complement the separate variations class.
