About
An open mic session at Nottingham Central Library where writers of poetry and prose can share short pieces with a supportive audience.
Brave New Words Open Mic invites writers of poetry and prose to meet other writers and share their work. Readers are allocated three-minute slots, with prose writers asked to keep pieces to 350 words, while audience members can simply turn up without booking. Performers book a reading slot in advance by email.
