This family-friendly Halloween event at the HAPPA Café is designed for children and runs from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Each child receives a child-friendly Halloween afternoon tea, plus spooky crafts and games, glitter tattoos, cupcake decorating, spooky story time and a Halloween goodie bag to take home. Fancy dress is encouraged, and places are limited with booking essential.
