Chesterfield's 47th Festival of Remembrance
About
Chesterfield's 47th annual Festival of Remembrance at The Crooked Spire, with music, signing and pageantry honouring the armed forces and emergency services.
The Festival of Remembrance is a long-running Chesterfield tradition, held for over 45 years to remember the courage, duty and sacrifice of those who came before, including those lost in more recent conflicts. It also honours the daily work of emergency services personnel. The evening features music, signing and pageantry, with the Lord Lieutenant and Civic Party arriving at 7:20pm, the Muster of Standards at 7:30pm, and the Festival of Remembrance Concert running from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30pm and the event runs for three hours.
