Christmas Tree Festival

St Mary's Church fills with decorated Christmas trees by local schools, groups, charities and businesses during this annual five-day festival.

The annual Christmas Tree Festival sees St Mary's Church in Melton Mowbray filled with beautifully decorated trees created by local schools, community groups, charities and businesses, each with its own festive theme. A ticketed Preview Evening on Thursday 26 November at 7.30pm offers the first chance to view the displays before the festival opens to the public. Opening hours vary daily, with a Family Service at 6.00pm on Saturday 28 November and an Advent Service at 6.00pm on Sunday 29 November; the festival closes at 2.00pm on Tuesday 1 December.
