Skydive – April

A charity tandem skydive at Skydive Langar in aid of Rainbows Hospice, with jumps from 14,000 feet after a short training session.

Participants take on a tandem skydive from 14,000 feet, harnessed to a fully qualified instructor, with a freefall of up to 120mph followed by around five minutes under parachute. The event opens with registration and a 10–15 minute safety briefing, with jumps running between 9am and 12pm. Registration is £60 with a £400 minimum fundraising target (excluding Gift Aid), and all money raised supports Rainbows' care for babies, children and young people across the East Midlands. Participants must be at least 16 and meet weight limits (95kg, or 83kg if under 163cm tall), with a spectator area, picnic benches and café on site.
