Guests are welcomed with a glass of Cava, followed by four Spanish wines each matched with Spanish-inspired food pairings prepared by Knowles Green. Guests gather at 6.30pm for a 7pm start; no finish time is published. Tickets cost £45 and are paid for online only, with payment adding guests to the event list.
