Rioja Rocks : An evening with Bodegas Santalba

A guided wine-tasting evening at Evuna Knutsford featuring five wines from Rioja's Bodegas Santalba, each matched with a tapa dish.

Evuna Knutsford hosts a wine-tasting evening with Roberto Ijalba of Bodegas Santalba, a small family winery in Rioja Alta the restaurant has worked with for nearly twenty years. Guests are welcomed with Naveran Cava before a guided tasting of five Santalba wines, including Santalba Rosé, Abando Blanco, Que Vida Garnacha, Abando Vendimia Seleccionada and the flagship Ogga from organic vines over ninety years old. Each wine is paired with a dish from the Evuna kitchen, and wines can be bought on the night at take-away prices with an extra 10% discount for guests.
