Still Technique: Spine

A four-hour in-person workshop introducing the foundations of Still Technique and its application to the spinal joints, taught by Carol Palmer.

This workshop, part one in a series, explores the application of the Still Technique to the spine. Still Technique allows adjustments to be made to joints and tissues from a position of ease to a position of restriction using a specific vector force. Teacher Carol Palmer introduces participants to the foundations of the technique and its use on the spinal joints. The session runs for four hours in person at the European School of Osteopathy.
