This one-day interactive workshop explores therapeutic lying positioning as part of 24-hour postural care, addressing how gravity and prolonged positioning affect body shape, comfort, sleep and respiratory function. Delegates take part in practical sessions and case studies, trialling lying supports from shaped cushions to full sleep systems and discussing real-world use. The course also covers risk assessment, pressure management and integrating lying supports into wider postural care plans, with registration from 9am.
