About
A three-part in-person workshop at Perth Autism Support exploring how to understand and support anxiety in young people.
This three-session workshop from Perth Autism Support covers the theory of anxiety, what happens when we become anxious and how this presents in young people. Session two builds on this to explore practical everyday strategies for supporting young people to manage anxiety, while the final session evaluates those tools and considers how to adapt them to specific situations. Attendees must have completed the organisation's Practical Understanding of Autism course first, and delegates are expected to attend all three sessions.
