After Hours Alchemy - November Mixology Masterclass

A hands-on mixology masterclass at The LAB where participants learn bartending techniques and create their own cocktails or mocktails with professional bartenders.

This interactive masterclass begins with a welcome glass of prosecco or a soft drink, followed by a 10–20 minute introduction to cocktail-making fundamentals covering tools, shaking, stirring, pouring, garnishing and balancing flavours. Participants then step behind the bar to create their own cocktail or mocktail with guidance from the bar team, and drink their creation afterwards. No previous experience is needed and the session runs for three hours; attendees must be 18 or over.
