Print Club: Screen Printing Workshop Inductions
About
A three-hour screen printing induction at The Old Waterworks, teaching the basics so participants can join the monthly Print Club sessions.
The Old Waterworks is relaunching screen printing with Print Club, hosted by Sugar Storm Studio. This induction session covers the equipment and materials available, how to coat and expose a screen, and the basics of printing a one-colour A4 design on paper or card. Attendees can bring a digital image on a USB stick or choose from pre-prepared designs; bold, high-contrast images work best. Once inducted, participants can book onto future Print Club sessions to develop their own projects, including printing on fabric or clothing and multi-colour prints. The session is open to all experience levels, recommended for ages 14 and over.
