A free family trail through Chirk Castle’s autumn garden explores Welsh folklore and local stories through interactive activity stations.
Follow the family trail through the autumn garden and explore folklore and stories associated with Chirk Castle and the surrounding area. Interactive activity stations invite families to look, play and discover stories together; a free trail guide is available on arrival. Begin at the Ticket Office. The trail is outdoors and is designed to use accessible paths wherever possible. The activity is free, but normal venue admission applies. Published hours are 10:00–17:00 on 24 October–1 November 2026.
