‘Eat Your Weeds’ Part Two

A guided foraging walk and workshop at Hill Close Gardens learning to identify, harvest and use edible weeds, led by Nic Bingley.

Nic Bingley leads a guided walk and forage around Hill Close Gardens, teaching participants to identify common edible and useful weeds and their traditional uses. The session covers safely harvesting wild plants and explores natural remedies, including the traditional use of dock leaves to soothe nettle stings. Attendance at Part One is not required.
