About
The inaugural John Hills Memorial Lecture, given by Professor Sir Richard Blundell (UCL) and chaired by Professor Francisco H. G. Ferreira, draws on the IFS Deaton Review of Inequalities to examine income, work, wealth, place and health inequality, and argues that tackling it requires a new approach to work, skills and innovation beyond redistribution through tax and benefits.
