Gentle Dance offers weekly sessions for over 50s on Trinity Centre's large dance floor, led by dance tutor Barry Shields. Participants can try club-style social dancing, ballroom, Latin and music across the decades in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. No partner is needed and absolute beginners are welcome; the class doesn't run on Bank Holiday Mondays.
