Contemporary Dance and Performance

A weekly contemporary dance and performance class at Trinity Centre, open to all levels including beginners, facilitated by Anastasia Dal.

This weekly class at Trinity Centre welcomes all levels, including beginners. Sessions combine poetic anatomy and guided improvisation, contemporary dance technique, and performance exercises exploring attention and presence. The classes are rest friendly and are facilitated by local dance and performance artist Anastasia Dal. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a notebook; sessions run 5.30pm to 7pm across six dates.
