Project E20

A Halloween scare maze and themed ride down the Helix tunnel slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit, running 26–31 October 2026.

Project E20 is a Halloween-themed scare experience at the ArcelorMittal Orbit, built around a fictional outbreak story in which a secret genetic experiment has gone wrong beneath the tower. Visitors begin at a military checkpoint where they receive protective equipment and a briefing, then make their way through a darkened scare maze 80 metres above London while avoiding monsters and mutated subjects. The experience finishes with a descent of the Helix tunnel slide, with each ride framed as generating one of the 5000 kinetic charges needed to power the containment system. The event runs daily from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and includes strobe lighting; children must be at least 9 years old and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
