Gongbath by Candlelight: A Deep and Immersive Sound Experience

A one-hour candlelit gong bath sound meditation session at White Eagle Lodge in Liss, led by Ancient Sacred Sounds.

Participants rest on mats while a range of large gongs is played gently, creating a sonic meditation intended to promote deep relaxation and wellbeing. The candlelight provides a calming visual setting, and no prior experience is needed. Attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and bring a mat, blankets and a pillow; the session is not suitable for people with certain health conditions.
